I am a master's student at the History Department at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. My bachelor’s degrees in History and Comparative Religion are from the Hebrew University as well. During my undergraduate studies, I focused on marriage, especially interfaith marriage (Mischehe), and divorce in modern Austria.

I am especially interested in Central European history of the 19th and 20th centuries, with a focus on minority rights, nationalism, religion, and law. My thesis examines the life and work of Emil von Hofmannsthal (1884-1971), an Austrian-Jewish jurist devoted to advancing the rights of marginalized groups. Although influential in his time, Hofmannsthal has been largely forgotten. My research reconstructs his legacy through a scientific-intellectual biography, situating him within broader legal and political developments. Central themes include minority rights, matrimonial law reform, and international advocacy for stateless persons and refugees.

Since 2020, I have been serving as a Research Assistant to Dr. Iris Nachum at the Jacob Robinson Institute for the History of Individual and Collective Rights.

I have participated in the Excellence Program of the School of History during both my B.A. and M.A. studies. During the winter semester 2023, I was an exchange student at the University of Vienna. In May 2025, I was awarded the Emmanuel Sivan Prize for outstanding M.A. students in the History Department. Additionally, in 2025, I received a research scholarship from Yad Vashem for my study on the jurist Emil von Hofmannsthal.
