Born in Jerusalem and raised in Mevaseret Zion, I was exposed to immigrants from various Jewish communities.
Following my military service, and inspired by my curiosity for different cultures and foreign languages, I studied International Relations and East Asian Studies (Japanese track) at the Hebrew University.
Upon completing my studies in 2007, I relocated to Paris and worked for El Al Airlines.
In 2014, I returned to Israel and began my research-based master’s degree in the Department of French Culture at Bar-Ilan University. My thesis focused on the immigration stories of elderly Jews from the North African diaspora who moved from France to Israel, examining linguistic, narrative, and rhetorical aspects.
In 2021, after 14 years at El Al, I joined the administrative staff of the Hebrew University, where I held various positions in the Faculty of Social Sciences, primarily in the Department of Communication and Journalism.
Since November 2025, I have been serving as the Administrative Director of the Jacob Robinson Institute for the History of Individual and Collective Rights, founded by the Alfred Landecker Foundation.
