Timo recently completed his doctoral studies in History at the University of Vienna. His research delves into the history of group rights in Europe during the first half of the twentieth century, with a keen focus on the history of political thought and cultural exchange. His current project centers on examining the theory and practice of non-territorial autonomy in Estonia, with a particular emphasis on the final decades of the Russian Empire and the interwar era.
